Nash Wilson has returned to the RoadRunners after his rookie season was cut short due to injury. The Runners are happy to hear that the young netminder is back at 100% and also to have him back with the club. In 10 games last season with the team Wilson posted a win / loss record of 6-2-1 with a 2.97 gaa and a .908sv%.
‘Nash had an injury right after the first of the year that had to be taken care of with surgery and rehab over the spring and summer. I spoke with him a little while back and he had completed rehab and was released at 100% to get back at it this year. He is ready to go and excited to be back with the team and is looking to compete for the number one spot with us.” states Coach Mike Beavis
Wilson the 19 year old from Monticello, MN. Is hoping to make a statement this season in hopes of finding a spot with an NAHL program or an offer to play College hockey next year.
Next up for the Runners will be to introduce this year’s Captains:
