Tyson Ward Dicks from Shediac, NB, Canada has joined the RoadRunners for the 2024-2025 season. Ward-Dicks, the 18 year old defenseman played last season for the Houston Wild 18U AA program. At 6′ 180 he will add size and strength to the teams defensive corps. “I first saw Tyson at the NAPHL Show Championships last season and was very impressed with his style of play and knew he would be a great addition to our program. Last weekend my initial thoughts on him were confirmed as both Tyson and Adrian Abram advanced to the second round of main camp with the Odessa jackalopes NAHL. It worked out good for us that they were paired up on defense as partners for four games and I was able to see their chemistry which in my mind was very good.” states Coach Mike Beavis
Ward-Dicks will join former teammates from the Areos, Jacob Brown and Kurtis Brachlow, with the Runners this season and it all begins on Monday September 2nd at 8 AM @ “Spirit Ice Arena” in Bryan / College Station, TX.
