Runners Tender Lewis

The Texas Roadrunners have tendered Tayten Lewis from the  Kansas City JR Mavericks  hockey program.   Lewis the 2001 birth- year forward from Lee’s Summit, MO.  Will play a big part in this seasons team for Coach Beavis.

Tayten has spent the later part of his young career working with  former pro players, Derek Pallardy and Sergei Bautin both have taught him the importance of fundamentals.  Finishing his high school hockey this past season Lewis is sure he is ready for the jump to Juniors and is busy this off season working hard to be ready for Runners camp in August.

“I have had great support from my family while playing hockey for the last 10 years and they continue to support me going into juniors. I hope to learn as much as possible from Coach Beavis, improve my game as much as possible and continue to move up in the sport. I’m excited and honored to be a member of the Texas Roadrunners and can’t wait for the season to start!” states Lewis

“We are excited for Tayten to jump onboard with us this coming season and are looking to see how he competes at the junior level and get him ready to move onto the college level of play in the future.” states Runners coach Mike Beavis

The RoadRunners will be announcing their Tenders, Draft picks and returning players over the next few weeks as they gear up for the 2020-2021 season in the NA3HL.
