Garrett Wilderman and the Texas RoadRunners will hop on the bus for a trip to Nytex Sports Center in North Richland Hills TX. this weekend for a three game set VS the Texas Brahmas. The Brahmas currently in second place in the South with a record of 11-1-0-0 while the Runners are trying to climb out of the South’s basement with a record of 4-14-2 trailing Mid-Cities by 5 points and Louisiana by 8.
Wilderman, the 2001 standout in the first half of the season will have to bring his “A” game this weekend as the Runners need to find a way to get back in the win column as they approach the half way mark of the season. With 12 goals and 9 assists in 20 games Wilderman has already caught the attention of NAHL teams as well as NCAA D-lll programs.
