PHL Forward Geralnik Signs with Runners for 2021-2022

Aug 17, 2021

Former Colorado Tigers PHL forward Eitan Geralnik has joined the RoadRunners for the 2021-2022 season.  Geralnik the 18 year old from Houston, TX.  will play a big roll with the Runners this season.  At 6′ 187lbs is a very skilled power forward that will add to the teams offensive game this year.

“Eitan came to us from the Colorado Tigers 18U AAA .  I watched Eitan at a couple PHL events and spoke with Tigers HC Kevin Holmstrom about him and things just worked out and we are glad to have him this season.  He held his own at the Jackalopes main camp in Chicago and hopefully with some hard work he may get some opportunities this season to make the step to the next level.  States Runners Coach Mike Beavis

Geralnik is no stranger to the Runners as this is the second year that the team tendered him.  The first season Eitan thought another year of development at the youth level would be a benefit and perhaps it was just that.

The Runners are beginning to have a distinct Texas flavor this season and hope that it could lead to a much needed avenue of development for many Texas players for the future.
