Jamison Houk will be joining the Texas RoadRunners for the 2023-2024 season. Houk the 16 year old from Keller, TX. will definitely add size to the team. At 6’2” 215 Houk could be a physical presence on the ice this season. Last year Houk compiled 10 points in 16 games for Keller HS and 3 goals and 1 assist for the Dallas Penguins 16 U program.
“I had the opportunity to see Jamison play at the NAHL Combine in St. Louis this past spring and I had met his dad Matt through the years. We spoke about Jamison joining the program and even though he is quite young his size and style of play should allow him to compete at this level. He will need quite a bit of development and will need to stay patient. I think this could be a great thing for everyone and can’t wait to see how things go over the course of the season for Jamison.” Stated Runners coach Mike Beavis
