Former NAPHL Forward Tyler Love to Power Runners

Aug 19, 2021

Tyler Love will be a huge addition to the RoadRunners this season.  The 18 year old from San Ramon, CA is a 6’2  200lb power forward that averages 2 points a game last season for the Tri-Valley Blue Devils Of the NAPHL.

Love is described as a very good two way player that has a knack for the net.  Love was recently in attendance at the Odessa Jackalopes NAHL main camp where he finished near the top of the overall scoring during the four day event, topped off with an all star appearance to finish his impressive outing.  “Tyler was impressive to say the least.  He is a horse that will really help our offensive side of the play” states Runners HC Mike Beavis.

“I watched Tyler at the NAPHL showcase in Dallas last season and knew he was our guy for sure.  He was always a threat when he had the puck but worked very hard off it as well.  Added Runners AC Caleb Fitzpatrick.

Coach Fitzpatrick spent lots of time with Love to iron out the details and bring him to the RoadRunners this season and feels confident that it will be a great fit for everyone and thinks big things will happen for the California native.
