William Heskett ll has signed with the RoadRunners for the 2024-2024 Season. Heskett the former Mid Cities Jr. Stars forward hails from Wyandotte, MI. The 18 year old Heskett is 6’3 190 and will add size and strength to the Runners line-up. “I tried to trade for Will last season at the deadline but the Stars didn’t want to move him. He is a strong forward with good speed and can shoot the puck. He is an exciting player to watch and I know that a few of our returning players are happy he has joined us this season.” States Runners Head Coach Mike Beavis.
In his last season of Michigan HS. Heskett tallied 64 points in 25 games and had decent numbers in the 3HL last season as well. The RoadRunners are looking to him for big things this season as they try and assemble a solid run at the Fraser Cup in March.
Heskett will join his new teammates on Monday September 2nd in Bryan / College Station, TX. When the squad opens up Training camp for the 2024-2025 season.
