Elliott Back with RoadRunners

Aug 7, 2019

Blake Elliott will be back in uniform this season for the RoadRunners.  Elliottt the 20 year old forward from Sugarland, TX.  is entering his final season of junior hockey and is looking to make a statement.  In 111 games in the NA3HL the 5’10” 175 lb winger has proven himself as a very good two way player and is looking to turn that role into a commodity that college coaches will appreciate this season.

“It’s always great to get back veteran players and I feel that after talking with Blake as well as other guys in the program he will fit in well with our style of play this season.” states coach Mike Beavis.

The re-signing of Elliott is part of a big push by the staff for the team to be in the mix come playoff time in Southern division of the NA3HL.

There has been a lot of work this past off season adding players and staff to the program looking to completely overhaul the system from top to bottom.  Coach Beavis has been working closely with Todd Watson and Adam Phillips in Odessa to set a plan for development of players in the NA3HL to help them make the jump to the NAHL.  The team has also added a couple new staff members as of late which will be introduced in the upcoming days.

The Roadrunners are still searching fora few Billet families in the Bryan College Station area to provide a supportive family atmosphere for our players from all over north America and Europe.  For further information on how to become involved with our program please email Mike Beavis at: mbeavis@roadrunnershockey or cal (315) 297-6520 for details.
