Logan Motz has signed with the Runners for the 2021-2022 season. Motz, the 18 year old defenseman originally from Minnesota and currently living in Houston, TX.  Will help bolster the blue-line this season for the Roadrunners. “Logan showed well at the Odessa Jackalopes main camp and should be a good fit with us this season.” states Runners Coach Mike Beavis.  The The 6′ 165lb Motz can be physical and has an offensive side to him as well.

Last season Motz played with the Houston Wild 18U program and tallied four goals and seven assists in 20 games.  Motz will be looking to catch the eye of a few NAHL teams this season as well as to get on the radar of some NCAA schools for the not too distant future.

Over the next two weeks the Roadrunners will be re-introducing their seven returning players as well as featuring a story on this seasons Captains.  With just about a week to go before the squad kicks off training camp it is really starting to feel like “Hockey is Back” at the “Spirit Ice Arena” in Bryan / College Station, TX.
