Bibby Returns to RoadRunners

Aug 19, 2024

Brayden Bibby, the 20 year old forward from San Ramon, CA. will once again be donning the RoadRunners uniform.  In his rookie season with the team last year Bibby compiled 10 goals and 16 assists in 44 games.

This season the staff are looking to Bibby to be a huge offensive presence while maintaining his defensive side of the game. “Brayden can be huge for this seasons team.  Last year he came out of the shoot on fire but curtailed off throughout the season.  This year he has assured me that the highly skilled version of himself will be here for the entire season. This will be a huge year for him as it is his last season of juniors and I know that there will be several schools taking a look at him if he remains consistently an offensive threat on the ice.” States Runners Head Coach Mike Beavis

Beavis went onto talk a bit more about Bibby’s hockey IQ and defensive awareness. Which helps him to be a more complete player and he feels that with a year under his belt that the veteran forward will come into his own this season.

Bibby is the first of the veteran players to be re-introduced this season and the team will continue to reunite it’s veterans with their fans over the next couple weeks leading up to Training Camp that will take place beginning Monday September 2nd @ Spirit Ice Arena in Bryan / College Station, TX.  The camp is open to the public and the team hits the ice at 11:00 am  each day during the 12 day camp.
