Jacob Brown from Houston, TX has joined the RoadRunners for the 2024-2025 season. Brown, the 18 year old Defenseman played for the Houston Aeros 18U AA this past season will be a good addition to the Runners defense corps. At 6’1 185 the smooth skating brown will add to what looks to be a strong defensive group for the Runners this season. “I had Jacob down for a couple days last season and was impressed with his skating and skill level and thought he might be a good fit for us. After watching him this past week at Odessa (NAHL) main camp I was certain that he was a good choice. He is a very good skater and sees the ice well. I am looking forward to seeing how he competes at this level and if last weekend was any inclination I am sure he will do very well with us.” States Head Coach Mike Beavis
Brown will join his new teammates beginning Monday September 2nd at 8 am @ “Spirit Ice Arena” for the opening of this years training camp. The general public is invited to stop by and take a look at this seasons team during camp.
